The States Committee for Agriculture and States Dairy Committee (Transfer of Functions) (Repeal) (Guernsey) Law, 2001

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 9^th day of February 2000[a], have approved the following provisions which, subject to the Sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, shall have force of law in the Island of Guernsey.

Repeals.

1. The States Committee for Agriculture (Transfer of Functions) (Guernsey) Law, 1988[b] and the States Dairy Committee (Transfer of Functions) (Guernsey) Law, 1988[c] are repealed.

Citation.

2. This Law may be cited as the States Committee for Agriculture and States Dairy Committee (Transfer of Functions) (Repeal) (Guernsey) Law, 2001.
