Repealed by the Marriage (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2020 – commenced by the Marriage (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2020 (Commencement and Transitional Provisions) Regulations WEF 11^th January 2021 and the remainder from 1^st March 2021.
