The Sewerage (Alderney) (Amendment) Law, 2002

THE STATES OF ALDERNEY, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 22^nd May, 2002, have approved the following provisions which, subject to the Sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, shall have force of law in the Island of Alderney.

Amendment of Law of 1970.

1. In the Sewerage (Alderney) Law, 1970, as amended[a] -

(a) section 3(2) is repealed; and

(b) in section 3(4)(ii) -

(i) the words "and in respect of such increases in rateable value as are envisaged by subsection (2) of this section," are repealed; and

(ii) the words ", or increase of value, as the case may be," are repealed.

Citation.

2. This Law may be cited as the Sewerage (Alderney) (Amendment) Law, 2002.
