The Alderney Electricity Concession (Amendment) Law, 2001

 

THE STATES OF ALDERNEY, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 19th day of September, 2001, have approved the following provisions which, subject to the Sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, shall have force of law in the Island of Alderney.

 

Amendment of Law of 1953.

1.      In section 43(1) of the Alderney Electricity Concession Law, 1953, as amended[a], for the words "seven years", wherever appearing, substitute "21 years".

 

Citation.

2.      This Law may be cited as the Alderney Electricity Concession (Alderney) (Amendment) Law, 2001.
