PROJET DE LOI
ENTITLED
The Dog Licences (Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2003
THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of 30th April 2003[a], have approved the following provisions which, subject to the Sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, shall have force of law in the Island of Guernsey[b]:-
Amendment of Law of 1969.
1. In the Dog Licences (Guernsey) Law, 1969, as amended[c], after section 2(b), insert -
"(c) in respect of a dog kept and used solely by a deaf or disabled person or such other category of person as the States may by Ordinance specify, for their hearing or guidance, as the case may be.".
Citation.
2. This Law may be cited as the Dog Licences (Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2003.
