The Royal Court (Reform) (Guernsey) Law, 2008

(Amendment) Law, 2023

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 26^th April 2023[a], have approved the following provisions which, subject to the Sanction of His Most Excellent Majesty in Council, shall have force of law in the Islands of Guernsey, Herm and Jethou.

Amendment of Royal Court (Reform) (Guernsey) Law, 2008.

1. In section 12(1)(a) (relating to appointment as Juré-Justicier Suppléant) of the Royal Court (Reform) (Guernsey) Law, 2008[b], for "5 years’ standing" substitute "3 years’ standing".

Citation.

2. This Law may be cited as the Royal Court (Reform) (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (Amendment) Law, 2023.
