PROJET DE LOI
ENTITLED
The European Communities (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, (Amendment) Law, 2002
THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 28th November, 2001[a], have approved the following provisions which, subject to the Sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in council, shall have force of law in the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
Amendment of definition of "European Court".
1. In section 1(1) of the European Communities (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1973, as amended[b], for the definition of "the European Court" substitute -
""the European Court" means the Court of Justice of the European Communities or the Court of First Instance, and any reference to a court attached to the European Court shall include a reference to a judicial panel attached to the Court of First Instance;".
Citation.
2. This Law may be cited as the European Communities (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2002
