The Appointments to the States Established Staff (Guernsey) (Repeal) Law, 2004

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 31^st October, 2003[a], have approved the following provisions which, subject to the Sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, shall have force of law in the Island of Guernsey.

Repeal.

1. The Appointments to the States Established Staff (Guernsey) Law, 1985[b], and section 2 of the Appointments Board (Repeal) (Guernsey) Law, 2000[c], are repealed.

Citation.

2. This Law may be cited as the Appointments to the States Established Staff (Guernsey) (Repeal) Law, 2004.
