PROJET DE LOI

ENTITLED

The Impôts (Temporary Increase of Rates) (Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2001

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 28th day of September, 2000[a], have approved the following provisions which, subject to the Sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, shall have force of law in the Island of Guernsey.

Amendment of Law of 1971.

1.      In the Impôts (Temporary Increase of Rates) (Guernsey) Law, 1971, as amended[b], in section 1(1) for the words "ending on the day of the next meeting" substitute "ending at the conclusion of the next meeting".

Citation.

2.      This Law may be cited as the Impôts (Temporary Increase of Rates) (Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2001.
