The Education (Sark) (Amendment) Law, 2003

 

THE CHIEF PLEAS OF SARK, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 2nd day of October 2002, have approved the following provisions which, subject to the Sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, shall have force of law in the Island of Sark.

 

Amendment to 2001 Law

1.      The Education (Sark) Law, 2001[a] is hereby amended by inserting into section 1(1)(d) thereof, immediately after the word "schools", the following words -

 

"(including the provision of a safe and secure working environment)".

 

Citation

2.      This Law may be cited as the Education (Sark) (Amendment) Law, 2003.
