The Housing (Disapplication from Brecqhou) (Sark) Law, 2001

THE CHIEF PLEAS OF SARK, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 18th July, 2001, have approved the following provisions which, subject to the Sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, shall have force of law in the Island of Sark.

Disapplication of 1976 Law from Brecqhou.

1. The Housing (Temporary Provisions) (Sark) Law, 1976, as amended[a], shall, from the date of commencement of this Law, cease to have force of law in the Island of Brecqhou.

Citation.

2. This Law may be cited as the Housing (Disapplication from Brecqhou) (Sark) Law, 2001.
