The Direct Taxes
(Sark) (Amendment) Law, 2023
 
THE CHIEF PLEAS OF SARK, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 24th May 2023, have approved the following provisions which, subject to the Sanction of His Most Excellent Majesty in Council, shall have force of law in the Island of Sark.
 
1.      Amendment to Direct Taxes (Sark) Law, 2002.
1.      In the Direct Taxes (Sark) Law, 2002[a], in section 8(2)(a)(ii), for "£10,000" substitute "£20,000".
2.      Citation.
2.      This Law may be cited as the Direct Taxes (Sark) (Amendment) Law, 2023.
3.      Commencement.
3.      This Law comes into force on the day it is made.
