The Financial Provisions (Sark) (Amendment) Law, 2001

 

THE CHIEF PLEAS OF SARK, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 17th January, 2001, have approved the following provisions which, subject to the Sanction of Her Most Excellent Majesty in Council, shall have force of law in the Island of Sark.

 

Amendment of 1978 Law.

1.      In section 1(1) of the Financial Provisions (Sark) Law, 1978, as amended[a], the words "a person who is ordinarily resident in this Island or" are repealed.

 

Citation.

2.      This Law may be cited as the Financial Provisions (Sark) (Amendment) Law, 2001.
