However, please note that Ordinances with 'Bailiwick of Guernsey' in the title also extend to Alderney (sometimes with specific modifications for Alderney). Copies of Bailiwick of Guernsey Ordinances can be found in the 'Guernsey and Bailiwick' section of the website.

Please note that Ordinances are stored by reference to subject category, rather than title. For example, the Banking Deposit Compensation Scheme (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Ordinance, 2008, will be found under 'F' for "Financial Services" rather than 'B' for "Banking".
