The Noxious Weeds (Amendment) Ordinance, 2001
THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 31st day of May, 2001[a], and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds (Guernsey) Law, 1952[b], hereby order:-
Amendment of Law of 1952.
1. For the schedule to the Noxious Weeds (Guernsey) Law, 1952 substitute the schedule set out in the schedule to this Ordinance.
Citation.
2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Noxious Weeds (Amendment) Ordinance, 2001.
