The Airport Fees (Amendment) Ordinance, 2001

THE STATES, in pursuance of their resolution of the 31^st day of January, 2001[a], hereby order:-

Amendment of 1988 Ordinance.

1. After section 2(2)(e) of the Airport Fees Ordinance, 1987[b] insert the following paragraph -

"(f) subject to such conditions as may be specified in the Resolution, authorise the Board, in respect of any twelve month period or periods so specified, to amend the amount of any fee determined by any such Resolution by an amount not exceeding the change in the Guernsey Retail Prices Index during such earlier twelve month period or periods as may be so specified.".

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Airport Fees (Amendment) Ordinance, 2001.
