The Beneficial Ownership (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Guernsey) Law, 2022 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2022
THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 6 of the Beneficial Ownership (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Guernsey) Law, 2022[a], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-
Commencement of the Law.
1. The Beneficial Ownership (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Guernsey) Law, 2022 shall come into force on 14th July, 2022.
Citation.
2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Beneficial Ownership (Miscellaneous Amendments) (Guernsey) Law, 2022 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2022.
