The Electronic Transactions (Guernsey) Law, 2000 (Commencement) (No. 2) Ordinance, 2000

 

 

THE STATES, in exercise of their powers under section 25 of the Electronic Transactions (Guernsey) Law, 2000[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      Sections 15 to 18 of the Electronic Transactions (Guernsey) Law, 2000 shall come into force on the 1st December, 2000.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Electronic Transactions (Guernsey) Law, 2000 (Commencement) (No. 2) Ordinance, 2000.
