The Electronic Transactions (Guernsey) Law, 2000 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2000

 

THE STATES, in exercise of their powers under section 25 of the Electronic Transactions (Guernsey) Law, 2000[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      Sections 10 to 14, 19, and 21 to 24 of the Electronic Transactions (Guernsey) Law, 2000 shall come into force on the 1st October, 2000.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Electronic Transactions (Guernsey) Law, 2000 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2000.
