The Electronic Transactions (Guernsey) Law, 2000 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001

 

THE STATES, in exercise of their powers under section 25 of the Electronic Transactions (Guernsey) Law, 2000[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law

1.      Sections 1 to 9 of the Electronic Transactions (Guernsey) Law, 2000 shall come into force on the 1st March, 2001.

 

Citation

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Electronic Transactions (Guernsey) Law, 2000 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001.
