The Damages (Assumed Rate of Return and Related Matters) (Enabling Provisions) (Guernsey and Alderney) Law, 2020 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2022
THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 10 of the Damages (Assumed Rate of Return and Related Matters) (Enabling Provisions) (Guernsey and Alderney) Law, 2020[a], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-
Commencement of Law.
1. The provisions of the Damages (Assumed Rate of Return and Related Matters) (Enabling Provisions) (Guernsey and Alderney) Law, 2020, save for section 4, shall come into force on 30th May, 2022.
Citation.
2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Damages (Assumed Rate of Return and Related Matters) (Enabling Provisions) (Guernsey and Alderney) Law, 2020 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2022.
