The International Criminal Court (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2019 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2024

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 24^th September, 2013[a], and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 62 of the International Criminal Court (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2019[b], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-

Commencement of 2019 Law.

1. The International Criminal Court (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2019 shall come into force on the 1^st October, 2024.

Extent.

2. This Ordinance has effect throughout the Bailiwick of Guernsey.

Citation.

3. This Ordinance may be cited as the International Criminal Court (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2019 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2024.
