The Royal Court (Reform) (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (Commencement) (No. 2) Ordinance, 2009

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 27 of the Royal Court (Reform) (Guernsey) Law, 2008[a], hereby order:-

Commencement of Law of 2008.

1. Section 2(1)(b) of the Royal Court (Reform) (Guernsey) Law, 2008 shall come into force on the 1^st September, 2009[b].

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Royal Court (Reform) (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (Commencement) (No. 2) Ordinance, 2009.

[a]	Order in Council No. XXII of 2008.
[b]	The other provisions of the Law came into force on the 29^th October, 2008 by virtue of the Royal Court (Reform) (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2008 (No. XXXV of 2008).
