The Royal Court (Reform) (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2008

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 27 of the Royal Court (Reform) (Guernsey) Law, 2008[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law of 2008.

1.      With the exception of section 2(1)(b), the provisions of the Royal Court (Reform) (Guernsey) Law, 2008 shall come into force on the 29th October, 2008.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Royal Court (Reform) (Guernsey) Law, 2008 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2008.
