The Drug Trafficking (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2000

 

THE STATES, in pursuance of the powers conferred upon them by section 76(2) of the Drug Trafficking (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000[a] hereby order:-

 

Commencement

1.      The Drug Trafficking (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000 shall come into force on 1st January, 2001.

 

Citation

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Drug Trafficking (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2000 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2000.
