The Firearms (Fees) Ordinance, 2000

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 27th day of September, 2000[a], and in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by sections 20A and 55 of the Firearms (Guernsey) Law, 1998, as amended[b] and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-

Fees.

1. (1) The fee payable in respect of the grant of a licence under section 20A of the Firearms (Guernsey) Law, 1998, as amended, shall be £15.00.

(2) The fee payable in respect of each renewal or replacement of a licence issued under the said section shall be £5.00.

(3) The fee payable in respect of each variation of a licence issued under the said section shall be £5.00.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Firearms (Fees) Ordinance, 2000.
