The Criminal Justice (Aiding and Abetting etc.) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2007 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2008

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 6(2) of the Criminal Justice (Aiding and Abetting etc.) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2007[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      The Criminal Justice (Aiding and Abetting etc.) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2007 shall come into force on the 28th May, 2008.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Aiding and Abetting etc.) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2007 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2008.
