The Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 13(2) of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      The Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 shall come into force on the 1st July, 2001.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2001.
