The Criminal Justice (Minimum Terms for Sentences of Life Imprisonment) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2011 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2012

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 23(2) of the Criminal Justice (Minimum Terms for Sentences of Life Imprisonment) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2011[a], hereby order:-

Commencement of Law of 2011.

1. The Criminal Justice (Minimum Terms for Sentences of Life Imprisonment) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2011 shall come into force on the 27^th June, 2012..

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Minimum Terms for Sentences of Life Imprisonment) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2011 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2012.
