The Disclosure (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 2014

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 26^th November, 2014[a], and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 14 of the Disclosure (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2007[b], hereby order:-

Amendment of section 1 of the Law.

1. In section 1 of the Law -

(a) in subsection (1), immediately after the words "required disclosure" insert "as soon as possible", and

(b) in subsection (4), for the words "as soon as is practicable" substitute "as soon as possible".

Amendment of section 2 of the Law.

2. In section 2 of the Law -

(a) in subsection (1), immediately after the words "required disclosure" insert "as soon as possible", and

(b) in subsection (4), for the words "as soon as is practicable" substitute "as soon as possible".

Amendment of section 3 of the Law.

3. In section 3 of the Law -

(a) in subsection (1), immediately after the words "required disclosure" insert "as soon as possible", and

(b) in subsection (4), for the words "as soon as is practicable" substitute "as soon as possible".

Interpretation.

4. In this Ordinance "the Law" means the Disclosure (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2007, as amended.

Extent.

5. This Ordinance has effect throughout the Bailiwick of Guernsey.

Citation.

6. This Ordinance may be cited as the Disclosure (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) (No.2) Ordinance, 2014.

Commencement.

7. This Ordinance shall come into force on the 26^th November, 2014.
