The Forfeiture of Money, etc in Civil Proceedings (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2007 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2008

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolutions of the 31^st May, 2002^[a] and the 27^th July, 2006^[b] and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 68 of the Forfeiture of Money, etc in Civil Proceedings (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2007[c], hereby order:-

Commencement of Law of 2008.

1. The Forfeiture of Money, etc in Civil Proceedings (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2007 shall come into force on the 24^th September 2008.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Forfeiture of Money, etc in Civil Proceedings (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2007 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2008.

Commencement.

3. This Ordinance shall come into force on the 24^th September, 2008.
