The Fraud (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2009 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2009

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 17 of the Fraud (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2009[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law of 2009.

1.      The Fraud (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2009 shall come into force on the 1st October, 2009.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Fraud (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2009 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2009.
