The Offences (Fixed Penalties) (Guernsey) Law, 2009 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2012
THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 of the Offences (Fixed Penalties) (Guernsey) Law, 2009[a], hereby order:-
Commencement of Law.
1. The Offences (Fixed Penalties) (Guernsey) Law, 2009 shall come into force on the 1st July, 2012.
Citation.
2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Offences (Fixed Penalties) (Guernsey) Law, 2009 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2012.
