The Police Powers and Criminal Evidence (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2003 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2004
THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 96 of the Police Powers and Criminal Evidence (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2003[a], hereby order:-
Commencement of Law.
1. The Police Powers and Criminal Evidence (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2003 shall come into force on the 5th April, 2004.
Citation.
2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Police Powers and Criminal Evidence (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2003 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2004.
