The Prevention of Corruption (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2023 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2024

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 3 of the Prevention of Corruption (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2023[a], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-

Commencement of the Law.

1. The Prevention of Corruption (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2023 shall come into force on 26^th April, 2024.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Prevention of Corruption (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2023 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2024.
