The Probation (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2018 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2019

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 24^th June, 2015[a], and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 29(1) of the Probation (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2018[b], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-

Commencement of the Probation Law.

1. The Probation (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2018 shall come into force on 17^th October, 2019.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Probation (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2018 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2019.
