The Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2003 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2004

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 73 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2003[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      The Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2003 shall come into force on the 14th June, 2004.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2003 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2004.
