The Criminal Justice (Proceeds of Crime) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2002
THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of 31st May, 2002[a], and in exercise of their powers conferred on them by section 44 of the Criminal Justice (Proceeds of Crime) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1999[b], hereby order:-
Repeal of requirement for HM Procureur's consent to disclosures.
1. In section 44 of the Criminal Justice (Proceeds of Crime) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 1999 -
(a) in subsection (1), paragraph (a) shall be repealed;
(b) subsections (2), (3) and (4) shall be repealed; and
(c) subsections (5) and (6) shall be renumbered (2) and (3) respectively.
2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Criminal Justice (Proceeds of Crime) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Ordinance, 2002.
