The Terrorism and Crime (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 2014
 
THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 26th November, 2014[a], and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 81A of the Terrorism and Crime (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2002[b], hereby order:-
 
Amendment of section 12 of the Law.
1.      In section 12 of the Law -
 
(a)      in subsection (1), immediately after the words "required disclosure" insert "as soon as possible", and
 
(b)      in subsection (4), for the words "as soon as is practicable" substitute "as soon as possible".
 
Amendment of section 15 of the Law.
2.      In section 15 of the Law -
 
(a)      in subsection (1), immediately after the words "required disclosure" insert "as soon as possible", and
 
(b)      in subsection (4), for the words "as soon as is practicable" substitute "as soon as possible".
 
Amendment of section 15A of the Law.
3.      In section 15A of the Law -
 
(a)      in subsection (1), immediately after the words "required disclosure" insert "as soon as possible", and
 
(b)      in subsection (4), for the words "as soon as is practicable" substitute "as soon as possible".
 
Interpretation.
4.      In this Ordinance "the Law" means the Terrorism and Crime (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2002, as amended.
 
Extent.
5.      This Ordinance has effect throughout the Bailiwick of Guernsey.
 
Citation.
6.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Terrorism and Crime (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) (No. 2) Ordinance, 2014.
 
Commencement.
7.      This Ordinance shall come into force on the 26th November, 2014.
