The Terrorist Asset-Freezing (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2011 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2012

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 39(2) of the Terrorist Asset-Freezing (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2011[a] hereby order:-

Commencement of Law.

1. The Terrorist Asset-Freezing (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2011 shall come into force on the 25^th January, 2012.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Terrorist Asset-Freezing (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2011 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2012.
