The Cash Controls (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law

(Amendment of Definition of Cash) Ordinance, 2010

 

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 24th February, 2010[a] and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 10(2) of the Cash Controls (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2007[b] and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:

 

Amendment of the Cash Controls (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2007.

1.      (1)      The Cash Controls (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2007 is amended as follows.

 

(2)      In the definition of "cash" in section 10(1) -

 

(a)      omit "and" where it appears at the end of paragraph (a), and

 

(b)      immediately after paragraph (b) insert -

 

      "and

 

(c)      postage stamps,".

 

Citation and commencement.

2.      (1)      This Ordinance may be cited as the Cash Controls (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law (Amendment of Definition of Cash) Ordinance, 2010.

 

(2)      This Ordinance shall come into force on the 24th March, 2010.
