The Conditions of Employment (Amendment) Ordinance, 2010
THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 27th May, 2010[a], and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 3 of the Conditions of Employment (Guernsey) Law, 1985, as amended[b], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-
Amendment of Law.
1. In section 3 of the Conditions of Employment (Guernsey) Law, 1985, as amended, for "15 hours"[c] substitute "zero hours".
Citation.
2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Conditions of Employment (Amendment) Ordinance, 2010.
Commencement.
3. This Ordinance shall come into force on the 1st October, 2010.
