The Conditions of Employment (Amendment) Ordinance, 2010

THE STATES, in pursuance of their Resolution of the 27^th May, 2010[a], and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 3 of the Conditions of Employment (Guernsey) Law, 1985, as amended[b], and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-

Amendment of Law.

1. In section 3 of the Conditions of Employment (Guernsey) Law, 1985, as amended, for "15 hours"[c] substitute "zero hours".

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Conditions of Employment (Amendment) Ordinance, 2010.

Commencement.

3. This Ordinance shall come into force on the 1^st October, 2010.
