The Employment Agencies (Enabling Provisions) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2012 (Commencement) (Guernsey and Alderney) Ordinance, 2013
 
 
THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 6(1)(a) of the Employment Agencies (Enabling Provisions) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2012[a] and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-
 
Commencement of Law.
1.      The Employment Agencies (Enabling Provisions) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2012 shall come into force on the 1st August, 2013.
 
Extent.
2.      This Ordinance has effect in the Islands of Guernsey, Alderney, Herm and Jethou.
 
Citation.
3.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Employment Agencies (Enabling Provisions) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2012 (Commencement) (Guernsey and Alderney) Ordinance, 2013.
