The Employment Protection (Sunday Shop Working) (Guernsey) Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2002

 

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 5 of the Employment Protection (Sunday Shop Working) (Guernsey) Law, 2001[a], hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      The Employment Protection (Sunday Shop Working) (Guernsey) Law, 2001 shall come into force on the 1st July, 2002.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Employment Protection (Sunday Shop Working) (Guernsey) Law, 2001 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2002.
