The Minimum Wage (Guernsey) (Commencement) Ordinance, 2010

 

      THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 33(2) of the Minimum Wage (Guernsey) Law, 2009[a] and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby order:-

 

Commencement of Law.

1.      The Minimum Wage (Guernsey) Law, 2009 shall come into force on the 1st October, 2010.

 

Citation.

2.      This Ordinance may be cited as the Minimum Wage (Guernsey) (Commencement) Ordinance, 2010.
