(Commencement) Ordinance, 2019

THE STATES POLICY & RESOURCES COMMITTEE, in exercise of the powers conferred on the States by sections 3 and 6 of the European Union (Amendment of Legislation) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2018[a] and all other powers enabling them in that behalf, and in exercise of the powers conferred on that Committee by Article 66A(1) of the Reform (Guernsey) Law, 1948[b], hereby orders:-

Commencement of the European Union (Amendment of Legislation) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2018.

1. The European Union (Amendment of Legislation) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2018 shall come into force on the 27^th March, 2019.

Extent.

2. This Ordinance has effect throughout the Bailiwick.

Citation.

3. This Ordinance may be cited as the European Union (Amendment of Legislation) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2018 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2019.
