The Banking Supervision (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2008, (Commencement) Ordinance, 2008

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 15 of the Banking Supervision (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2008[a], hereby order:-

Commencement of Law of 2008.

1. The Banking Supervision (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2008 shall come into force on the 29^th October 2008.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Banking Supervision (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) Law, 2008 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2008.
