The Banking Supervision (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) (No.2) Law, 2008, (Commencement) Ordinance, 2009

THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 10 of the Banking Supervision (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) (No.2) Law, 2008[a], hereby order:-

Commencement of Law of 2008.

1. The Banking Supervision (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) (No.2) Law, 2008 shall come into force on the 25^th February 2009.

Citation.

2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Banking Supervision (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Amendment) (No.2) Law, 2008 (Commencement) Ordinance, 2009.
