(Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Commencement)
Ordinance, 2021
THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 70 of the Banking Supervision (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2020[a], hereby order:-
Commencement of Banking Supervision Law.
1. The Banking Supervision (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2020 shall come into force on the 1st November, 2021.
Citation.
2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Banking Supervision (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Commencement) Ordinance, 2021.
