THE STATES, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 142 of the Financial Services Business (Enforcement Powers) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2020[a], hereby order:-
Commencement of Enforcement Powers Law.
1. The Financial Services Business (Enforcement Powers) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law, 2020 shall come into force on the 1st November, 2021.
Citation.
2. This Ordinance may be cited as the Financial Services Business (Enforcement Powers) (Bailiwick of Guernsey) (Commencement) Ordinance, 2021.
